Expand your concept of creativity
Through workshops, seminars, retreats and group dialogue, Elders continue to enrich their perspectives and develop new skills. Through these programs, ElderFire can help you empower yourself to contribute to more just, balanced and harmonious communities. And these can lead us all to a more just, balanced and harmonious world.
ElderFire workshops follow two paths: The Art of Living and Prime Mover.
|
Prime Mover
Explore the knowledge, skills, and processes involved in building compassionate, cooperative, mutually empowering and sustainable communities. The Prime Mover path will enhance the individual’s ability to connect more fully and deeply with themselves and others. You’ll discover how building personal relationships can provide breakthrough experiences that lead to mutual growth and empowerment.
Workshops will be both instructional and interactive. From basic introductory sessions to more advanced workshops, they will provide you with the understanding of what it will take to bring your aspirations to fruition. You'll explore how to move from Intention to Commitment, then from Commitment to Trust and finally from Trust to Action.
Participants will practice specific skills, including communication, conflict resolution and group facilitation. |
